I would recommend Kelly Collette to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate. She is extremely knowledgeable about her area and knows what is likely to sell and for how much. She assessed my house and recommended a price for it that struck me as being very fair. It sold in just two weeks! She is faultlessly honest to her sellers and buyers, refusing to candy-coat detriments in a seller’s house that will bring down the price or exaggerate the good points of a house a buyer is considering.
